ilikecoins.com is an online coin auction and bourse listing site designed for reputable coin
dealers and serious coin buyers. ilikecoins will simplify and combine the
best of services and functionality from current coin auction sites with the
added buffer of an accredited online community, the 'ilikecoins Committee',
to arbitrate disputes and make decisions regarding the online authenticity
of lot and bourse listings in an effort to minimize fraud and misrepresentation. This
active interaction regarding auction and listing information coupled with the
utilization of standardized data, will provide a more manageable and less
cluttered venue for coin collectors at competitive online rates.

Membership
Anyone is welcome to visit the site to view auctions and bourse listings, but will be required
to register should they wish to obtain a paddle number and participate in an
auction or bourse transaction. By registering, ilikecoins will be able to track feedback, as well
as a history of auctions and transactions with which each member has been involved. This
information will be available to prospective buyers and sellers.

Auction Fees
The only fee paid to ilikecoins will be a flat percentage of the hammer
price.
ilikecoins will ask for 4.5% for coins with a hammer price up to (and
including) $1,000, 3.25% for coins with a hammer price between $1,000.01 and
$4,999 and 2.0% for coins with a hammer price equal to or above $5,000. This
fee is the sole responsibility of the seller.
ilikecoins will accept payments via PayPal, American Express, Visa,
MasterCard, eCheck and Discover. We will also accept payment via check or

The above methods are available for sellers to specify in the auction
listing for receipt of payment. If applicable, buyers will pay shipping fees
(as specified in the auction
listing) to the seller along with the hammer price.
Coin Shows & Bourse Tables
ilikecoins provides a section for members to add information about upcoming
coin shows. Anyone may view show listings, but must be a member in order to
add or update a show.
Visitors and members can browse the Bourse Tables for coins being sold at a
fixed price. Members can list or purchase bourse items. The same standards
set for our auctions will also apply to bourse items and transaction
participants. The Committee will be available to receive referred disputes
and make appropriate recommendations.

Bourse Fees
Bourse fees are the responsibility of the seller. A flat fee of 4.5% will be
paid to ilikecoins.
Ease of Sorting
Because of the pre-defined characteristics identified at the time of the
auction or bourse listing, a quick and accurate search capability will be available. The need
to border, bold and/or highlight text or advertise in two or more separate
categories is eliminated by the initial categorization of the lot or item.
Rating Survey
ilikecoins will provide an arena for patrons to rate interactions with both
buyers and sellers. Two types of ratings will be available: Seller
Satisfaction Rating (SSR) and Buyer Satisfaction Rating (BSR). Once a member
has participated in an auction or bourse transaction, they will have a chance to rate their
experience. Each survey will consist of two to five questions and will be
answered on a scale of 1-10 (1 being the lowest). The average of all surveys
will define the member's buyer and/or seller overall satisfaction rating.
This tool will be beneficial to prospective buyers and sellers, as it will
provide background information of members' previous transactions on the ilikecoins site.
The ilikecoins Committee
The ilikecoins Committee ('The Committee') will consist of a pool of
registered members. Committee members will be invited to make themselves
available for the pool based on their tenure and experience in numismatics
and/or feedback on the site.
Once an issue has been referred to Committee, ten random Committee members
will receive an invitation to provide feedback. Depending on the issue, a
majority decision will be obtained by accepting the first seven to ten
ballots and a decision will be rendered. Committee members who participate
in the decision are then considered the Resolution Group for the issue.
Committee members may not serve in a Resolution Group if they are a
participant in the auction or transaction being disputed.
Invitations to become a Committee member will be at the discretion of the
Webmaster. The user agreement includes permission to allow The Committee to
settle any referred dispute. Should disputes arise, the winner, seller or
observer may refer their issue to The Committee for resolution. Each
participant will accept the decision of The Resolution Group. If an auction
participant refuses to adhere to the resolution as defined by The Resolution
Group, or if an auction or bourse listing is found to be fraudulent, the member’s access may
be revoked in an effort to preserve the quality of the online environment.
Should a Committee member participate in a Resolution Group decision, they
will benefit from reduced auction fees for the next 14 days following any
resolution decision. Instead of a 4.5/3.25/2% fee scale, active Resolution
Group members will benefit from a reduced fee of 3.5% for auctions with a
hammer price of $1,000 or less, a 2.5% fee for hammer prices between
$1,000.01 and $4,999.99 and 1.75% for lots sold over $5,000.
Additionally, should a Committee member participate in a Resolution Group
decision, they will benefit from reduced bourse fees for the next 14 days
following any resolution decision. The flat fee for active Resolution Group
members will be 3.5% during the 14 day period.
Want List Notification
If a member is in the market for a specific coin or coins, they can ask that
ilikecoins e-mail them should the coin or coins become available. This list
will be viewable from the 'My Account' page. Potential buyers can sign up
to be notified daily should an auction or bourse listing meet their desired search criteria.
An e-mail will be sent to the member with details of the auction(s) and
listing(s). To add items to your Want List, access your 'My Account' page.
